Rupert the man, the myth, the legend. Rup came to us from California with an extensive rap sheet for unpredictable bites. He was not going to make it in the system, so we agreed to give him refuge here at the sanctuary. He has made us laugh with his goofy personality, however we take his care very seriously given his history. It would not be responsible for us to adopt him out to a home, so we provide him a safe place to be all things Rupert! He loves driving the Bob Moore Kia Rescue Ride and giving us fits on what type of food he will take his pills in that week. He has chronic skin issues that require intensive care at our specialist. We love our Rupert and are grateful we can give him a safe place to call home!
