Sponsor Chatter (est. DOB May 2021)! This cutie showed up feral at a local gas station and politely asked for some food. He loved to use his voice and chat chat chat with us, earning the name Chatter, but he was still pretty shy. He had a birth defect that left one of his back legs with a lot of sores and mobility issues, but after a successful amputation, he is ready to take on the world! Chatter has learned that humans are actually pretty fun and really nice, so he’s decided he would like to find his very own forever home! Our sweet Chatter baby gets along great with other cats, and is just so snuggly and sweet once he gets to know you! He can still be very shy at first and would love an experienced home with a family who will let him decompress and settle in first and understands he has some differences due to his missing leg, but he can still live a normal and happy life. Chatter would do best in a quiet home with other kitties who are friendly and accepting, as his missing back leg does slow him down just the tiniest bit. Chatter is very attached to the other kitties at Free to Live, so he will need to be adopted to a home with other cats he can bond with as the solo kitty life is NOT for him! He wants a kitty best friend for life. We would love to see this precious boy find his forever place in the world where he can be pampered and loved for the rest of his life!

Sponsor Kiwi (Est. DOB March 2023)! This sweet girl came to us as part of a large dump of cats, they were left alone in crates in the rain and were so scared and shut down! Kiwi was an extremely shy girl but has started to understand that humans aren’t so scary and that there is a lot of love in the world! Now that Kiwi has started to come around, she is ready to find her very own forever home! Kiwi is still a shy girl and will need an understanding and experienced adopter to help her adjust to her new life, but she is really just the sweetest little thing. Kiwi would do best in a home with other cats so she can learn from their cues, and would do best in a quiet home with no small kiddos running around who may not understand her shy nature! Kiwi has not been exposed to dogs, but given a patient and respectful dog, she would likely adjust after some time. She loves treats and will politely ask for more snacks please! Kiwi is a precious girl and we are ready for her to find her loving forever home!

Sponsor Firefly (estimated DOB January 2024)! This sleek and gorgeous house panther was found all alone as a stray trying to find her place in this big world. Now that she’s found her confidence, she’s ready for her forever home! This sweet girl is so precious and is a fan of smooches and may even give you one in return! She is a playful baby who loves her feather wand toys, and she is a curious girly who loves to explore and learn new things! Firefly is sweet and social with people, and would need a confident cat sibling or to be an only kitty. Her foster Mom says this girl is all things sweet, playful, and sassy! She hasn’t had much exposure to dogs but would probably adjust to a friendly dog over time who let her adapt and respected her boundaries. This special girl is ready to find her forever home!

Sponsor Brindi (estimated birthday March 2015)! This gorgeous girl is a dream boat. Although she can be a bit shy at first, once she warms up to you, you will have this beautiful girl in your corner for life! Brindi is wonderful with other dogs, although she can be a little bossy sometimes, she just wants to be in charge! Brindi is great with humans of all shapes and sizes, and would love to find a quiet home where she could snuggle with her humans all day long. Brindi does require daily medication for her eyes, but is the number one good girl when it comes time for her drops! Brindi does take several supplements to help with her arthritis since she is a larger lady, but other than that—she is a healthy girl!

Sponsor Etta! (Est. DOB July 2018) This sweet girl came to us with her two siblings after being dumped rurally. Etta, who we affectionately call Short Stack, is a boss girly who likes to be in charge of her little kingdom, and has a big, sweet, silly personality! Etta is fantastic with other dogs, even though she likes to be in charge, and would make a great addition to a home with other pups. She has lived with both male and female dogs and done well. Etta would do best in a home with no tiny kiddos and no small pets, but big kids and big dogs are a yes for Miss Etta! She is a high energy girly who loves to play hard and love harder! We love this sweet sassy girl and would love to see her find her forever place in the world.

Sponsor Bella! (Est. DOB July 2013). This sweet senior lady is all ears, and as sweet as can be! Bella is an older lady who would need to be kept on her medication routine to help with severe arthritis as a result of two torn ACL’s in the past, but that doesn’t stop her playful nature! Bella still loves to play, to swim in her kiddie pool, and to chase around her Jolly Ball! She just chases at a much slower pace these days but we don’t tell her that! Despite her sweet and loving nature with all humans she meets, Bella is not a candidate to live in a home with other animals and would need to be your one and only. She promises to keep you full of love and fully entertained, too! We would love to see this Princess find her very own forever home someday, she has waited far too long!
