Say hi to beautiful Holly (estimated birthday May 2019)! This gorgeous girl has a story all too familiar to us, as she spent weeks running stray at an apartment complex in OKC—she was thin and covered in ticks but too scared to stop. We brought out a trap and with the help of neighbors keeping an eye on it—we got the call four hours later that she was secure and safe! It took a few weeks for her to trust us, but now she is the cutest little love bug. Holly can certainly be shy at first, but once she has made a friend, you are her friend for life! Holly’s true joy in this life is her “babies” (her stuffed animals!), which she loves to carry around in her mouth and keep them safe and show them off. Holly is a very sweet girl and loves to snuggle with her humans, she just needs an understanding home that will let her open up and blossom in her own time!
Holly is untested with cats, but we would be happy to cat test her for any interested parties. Holly would need to meet any resident dogs in the home prior to adoption and would do well as a single dog or with a very sweet doggy companion as she is very docile with other animals!
